Σκοπός είναι η διασφάλιση των συνθηκών υγιεινής για τους υπαλλήλους και το κοινό, καθώς και η προστασία της δημόσιας υγείας μέσω της τήρησης των προβλεπόμενων υγειονομικών πρωτοκόλλων.
