Предметът на обществената поръчка включва строително-монтажни работи (СМР) за изграждане на нова сграда за нуждите на Районна служба „Пожарна безопасност и защита на населението“ – Левски (РСПБЗН – Левски). СМР ще се изпълняват съгласно одобрен технически инвестиционен проект (ТИП) за обект „Сграда на РС „ПБЗН“ в УПИ V-1229, кв. 108 по ПУП-ПРЗ на гр. Левски“ и издадено разрешение за строеж №20 / 11.06.2025 г. от Главния архитект на община Левски, влязло в сила на 11.06.2025 г., неразделна част от настоящата техническа спецификация. Всички дейности по изпълнение на поръчката следва да се изпълнят съгласно изискванията и обема в Техническата спецификация на Възложителя и одобрения инвестиционен проект. Настоящата обществена поръчка се обявява под условието на чл. 114 от ЗОП.
