Съгласно изготвения инвестиционен проект строежа се категоризира като строеж от IV (четвърта) категория съгласно чл. 137 ал. 1, т. 4 буква „г“ и буква „д“ от ЗУТ – „паркове, градини и озеленени площи до 1 хектар“, „реконструкция и основен ремонт на строежите от тази категория“. Изпълнението за строителство се базира на видовете СМР, определени с инвестиционния проект и основаващи се на проектните технически решения на проектанта. Разработеният инвестиционен проект включва изпълнение на строително-монтажните дейности по части: Електро ВиК Геодезия Конструкции ПБ ПБЗ ПиБ ПУСО Пътно Парк „Златното езеро“ се намира в южната част на града, в началото на квартал „Красно село“. Теренът е общинска публична собственост. Обектът се намира в УПИ – ХL-9001 от кв. 170 по плана на гр. Карнобат. Урегулираният имот е с площ 6 818кв.м. отреден за озеленяване.
