02.090 Measures Krnov, OHO, DPoS + DPS, construction no. 5883

The subject of the public contract is, for the needs of the set of constructions according to the prepared supporting documentation, especially according to the documentation for spatial planning (hereinafter referred to as "DUR") "Krnov-město Optimalizace" prepared in September 2022, the preparation of project documentation for construction permits (hereinafter referred to as "DPoS"), documentation for construction execution (hereinafter referred to as "DPS"), documentation for the demolition of constructions, ensuring and updating the necessary related surveys and activities (partial geodetic survey, supplementary IGP, updating biological survey, updating hydrotechnical calculations, EIA, etc.), engineering activities and negotiation of documentation with affected authorities and organizations, preparation of property-legal documentation, ensuring the issuance of construction permits, consents for the demolition of constructions, carrying out designer supervision during the execution of individual constructions. The fulfillment of the subject of the contract will be ensured using a Common Data Environment (CDE) and the preparation of partial parts of the project documentation (structures of solid, especially concrete objects in the watercourse bed, structures of retaining walls, dams, and structures of transport constructions) will be ensured using the BIM (Building Information Management) method. The subject of the public contract includes all actions required by the relevant legal regulations, which lead to the issuance of permits for the execution of the set of constructions that will be designed by the contractor in the watercourse in the affected area. The subject of the public contract is specified in more detail, including technical conditions, in the annexes to the tender documentation and other parts of the tender documentation, especially in the Technical Specifications (Annex No. 1), Schedule and Price Specification (Annex No. 2), and in the Commercial Conditions - draft contract for work (Annex No. 4 - hereinafter also referred to as the "Contract"). The subject of the public contract will be financed through the grant program 129 500 "Support for flood prevention V", which is administered by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic. The contracting authority is obliged to comply with the binding Rules for providing grants issued by the grant provider when fulfilling the public contract.
