Розрахунки за відвантажений (отриманий) Товар здійснюються Покупцем в національній валюті України шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Продавця по факту поставки Товару з відстрочкою платежу до 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів за наявності бюджетного фінансування. Строк поставки Товару – з дати підписання договору до 31 грудня 2026 року. Продавець повинен здійснити поставку Товару протягом 1 (одного) календарного дня з моменту отримання заявки від Покупця (Додаток № 1). Продавець не має права призупиняти поставки товару з будь-яких причин, крім обставин, викладених в розділі VІІІ даного Договору. За порушення терміну поставки Товару за цим Договором, Продавець несе відповідальність згідно з цим Договором та чинним законодавством України.
