Постачальник гарантує, що запропонований Товар є вільним від будь-яких обтяжень, арештів та прав третіх осіб, не перебуває під забороною відчуження, а країною його походження не є Російська Федерація, Республіка Білорусь чи Ісламська Республіка Іран.
