Description

SKI udbyder hermed et dynamisk indkøbssystem (herefter Systemet) vedrørende indkøb af it-drift og relaterede ydelser. Det er frivilligt for alle SKI’s kunder, som fremgår af Bilag B Kundeliste, at gøre brug af Systemet, når de skal anskaffe it-driftsydelser. Kundelisten i bilag B.1 angiver de kunder og deres organisationer, der på udbudstidspunktet er kunder hos SKI og dermed kan anvende Systemet. Det dynamiske indkøbssystem kan dog i hele Systemets varighed benyttes af alle ordregivende myndigheder, der er kunder hos SKI på tidspunktet for offentliggørelse af et konkret indkøb i Systemet. Alle dele af den danske stat, regioner og kommuner – herunder offentlige selskaber og offentligt ejede selskaber, der er underlagt udbudspligt som følge af deres offentlige ejerskab – kan blive kunder hos SKI ved at tegne et abonnement omfattende deres organisation. Når nye ordregivere bliver kunder hos SKI, vil SKI opdatere kundelisten på SKI.dk og annoncere på SKI.dk, at der er foretaget en ændring af SKI’s kundeliste, samt hvilke ordregivere der er nye kunder hos SKI og fra hvilken dato disse kan offentliggøre indkøb i systemet. Kundelisten i bilag B.1 opdateres ikke efter udbudstidspunktet. I stedet vil SKI’s til enhver tid gældende kundeliste være offentligt tilgængelig på SKI.dk. Systemet vil udbydes som én samlet kategori med én samlet genstand for it-driftsservices. Kategorien er lavet med tanke på kundens behov for at anskaffe it-driftsservices på tværs af genstandens ydelsesområder. Systemet kan anvendes til at anskaffe følgende ydelsesområder: 1. Clouddrift 2. Datacenterdrift 3. Co-Location 4. Netværksdrift 5. Applikationsdrift 6. Slutbrugerservices 7. Sikkerhedsservices Systemets genstand er nærmere beskrevet i bilag C Systemets genstand.
