1) Traffic system planning

From sub-area 1 of the framework agreement, the following tasks can be ordered, for example: a) Traffic system plans E.g., assistance in drafting the regional traffic system plan and its partial studies b) Iterative joint planning of traffic systems and land use E.g., drafting regional target networks for public transport, road network, and cycling traffic c) Travel chains E.g., studies and plans related to nodes and interchanges for public transport, walking, cycling, and/or various mobility services d) Walking, cycling, and mobility guidance E.g., promotion programs and plans, and updating the main cycling network e) Sustainable urban mobility and sustainable logistics planning E.g., drafting a sustainable urban mobility plan, a sustainable urban logistics plan, or partial studies related to these plans f) Traffic technologies and services E.g., automation, partial studies describing the current state and development needs of the theme g) Traffic economics and financing E.g., defining budget constraint scenarios for public finance (municipalities and state) A maximum of 7 suppliers will be selected for each sub-area of the framework agreement. The aim is to select at least 2 suppliers. If fewer acceptable bids are received, the contracting authority reserves the right to make a procurement decision with only one supplier or to cancel the procurement.
