Tarjouskilpailun kohteena ovat SASKY koulutuskuntayhtymän opiskelijoille ja henkilöstölle kustantamat suojavaatteet. Hankinnan kohde on jaettu kahteen (3) osaan: 1. Tekniikan ja liikenteen alan nk. teolliset suojavaatteet opiskelijat/henkilökunta 2. Palvelualojen suojavaateet opiskelijat/henkilökunta 3. Logopainatus Tarjous on jätettävä osa-alueeseen 3 sekä vähintään yhteen osa-alueista 1. ja 2. Tarjouksen voi jättää myös kaikkiin kolmeen osa-alueeseen. Hankinta tehdään avointa menettelyä noudattaen, ja se on luonteeltaan puitehankinta. Hankintaan ei sisälly enimmäis- tai vähimmäisostovelvoitetta. Hinnoittelulomakkeella (liite 1) ilmoitettuja määriä tullaan käyttämään vain vertailussa. Määrät ovat suuntaa antavia, eivätkä sellaisenaan Saskya sitovia. Hankinta sisältää opiskelijoille ja henkilökunnalle hankittavat suojavaatteet. Käytössä oleva suojavaatteet voivat myös vaihtua toimittajan mallistojen muuttuessa, suojavaatteiden laatu ei saa muuttua malliston muuttuessa. Sopimuskausi on kaksi (2) vuotta, alkaen 1.1.2027 ja päättyen ilman erillistä irtisanomista 31.12.2028. Tilaajalla on mahdollisuus kahteen yhden vuoden optioon (1+1). Tilaaja päättää optiokausien käytöstä vuosittain kunkin vuoden lokakuun loppuun mennessä sekä kutsuu toimittajat sopimusseurantapalaveriin. Mikäli optioita ei oteta käyttöön, päättyy sopimus ilman erillistä ilmoitusta.
