BKP 221-01 Fenster Ausgangslage Der Kanton Zürich realisiert am Standort Oberrieden die Instandsetzung und Erweiterung des Betriebsgebäudes der Seepolizei und Schifffahrtskontrolle. Der bestehende Stützpunkt wird umfassend erneuert, baulich ertüchtigt und um einen Neubau erweitert. Der Betrieb der Seepolizei wird während der Bauzeit über separate Provisorien aufrechterhalten. Ziel ist ein zeitgemässer, sicherer und energetisch erneuerter Stützpunkt, der den betrieblichen Anforderungen langfristig gerecht wird. Projektübersicht Das Projekt umfasst sämtliche Fenster der Gebäudehülle des Hauptprojekts und gliedert sich in folgende Bereiche: • Lieferung und Montage neuer Holz-Metall-Fenster mit 3-fach-Isolierverglasung für Bestand und Erweiterungsbau • Festverglasungen, Dreh-Kipp-, Schwing- und Schalterfenster in zwölf Fenstertypen gemäss Typenplänen • Einbruchhemmende Ausführung (RC3 im Erdgeschoss, RC2 im 1. Obergeschoss) Der Standort befindet sich an der Seestrasse in Oberrieden (ZH). Die Arbeiten erfolgen in mehreren Etappen.
