Description

Council is seeking Quotes to construct a cricket practice net at Banyule Flats Reserve. This RFQ is for the appointment of a Contractor to undertake these works. The successful Contractor will be appropriately experienced and resourced to deliver the project. The scope of works is generally as depicted in Appendix A, which includes but is not limited to: • Site Setup & Traffic management. • Excavation and protection of slope • Construction of concrete slab and footings. • Construction of retaining walls. • Supply and installation of fence & post. • Supply and installation of synthetic grass, rubber and nets. • Council will apply and obtain building permit for retaining wall. Contractor to liaise with building surveyor for inspections and to obtain occupancy certificate upon completion of works.
