Enterprise Ireland wishes to establish a Panel for the provision of courses of education and training in the following Lots: Lot 1 - Advisory and Consultation Skills Lot 2 - Business Development, Strategy and Innovation Lot 3 - Coaching, Mentoring and Facilitation Skills Lot 4 - Communication and Inter-personal Skills Lot 5 - Leadership, Management, Talent and Team Development Lot 6 - Operations, ESG and Digital To support Enterprise Ireland’s THRIVE programme for professional learning and development (PLD), we are conducting this competitive process to establish a Panel for the provision of courses of education and training to include: • Developing an understanding of the training needs of Enterprise Ireland including the strategic context for the relevant course • Planning for successful delivery to include development and design of content and customisation to target audience including ensuring the format will be interactive and engaging. • Reviewing material/training plan with Enterprise Ireland prior to delivery in conjunction with Enterprise Ireland • Issuing course material to be provided in advance of the session • Delivery of content to relevant audience • Recording Attendance of participant group • Conducting assessments as agreed • Issuing feedback forms/links to the relevant participant group • Examining feedback from relevant participant group in conjunction with Enterprise Ireland • Issuing relevant course materials post delivery • Issuing completion certificates to relevant participants • Updating the course based on feedback for subsequent delivery as agreed with Enterprise Ireland • Invoicing for course delivery in accordance with agreed protocols • Related services The full list of requirements under each of the 6 Lots is contained within the tender panel documents.
