2025-0651 Future Garden Duisburg IGA 2027 - Sub-project 10 Rheinpark - Landscaping/Civil Engineering Works for the Expansion of the Skate Park

The scope of work, detailed further in the bill of quantities and execution documents, includes the removal of existing paved surfaces, earthworks and landscaping modifications, drainage system installation (including pipework and connection to a French drain), construction of staircases, creation of surface drainage systems, installation of paved surfaces, laying of artificial turf areas, erection of retaining walls, and the supply and installation of amenities such as benches, bike racks, and path barriers. Final landscaping will involve seeding grass areas.
