Description

The Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified parties for the provision of Electrical Installation and Maintenance Services (the Services) within the Mount Barker District Council local government area. The Council will enter into an Agreement for these services with the successful Tenderer for an initial term of 3 years with the option to extend for an additional year. The work comprises of general electrical maintenance work, emergency responses and electrical installations to Mount Barker District Council owned assets, buildings and facilities. The work will also be required at the premises of the Council’s subsidiary GMB Water and, and where suitable based on individual needs, at premises of its Commonwealth Home Support Program residents.
