Description
The R.M. of Browning No. 34 (hereinafter referred to as the RM) is interested in obtaining tenders for the supply and delivery of approximately 300,000 litres of clear diesel fuel for the period of July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Total figures quoted must reflect the total cost, in Canadian funds, to the RM including all items to be supplied and delivered to the RM Maintenance South shop located at 104 Minard Road, Lampman, Saskatchewan. Current delivery is to a 15,000-litre tank, but a separate price will be required for delivery to a 65,000-litre tank. G.S.T. must be listed separately but must be included in Total Bid Price.
Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope marked: R.M. of Browning - 2026-27 Diesel Supply and Delivery Tender and must be received by 8:00 a.m. June 4, 2026, at the R.M. of Browning No. 34 Office, 102 Minard Road, Lampman, Saskatchewan. Bids may be mailed to PO Box 40, Lampman, Saskatchewan, S0C 1N0 or emailed to rm34@sasktel.net. Bids will be opened on Thursday, June 4, 2026, and will be reviewed by the RM Council at a later date.
