Description

Livingstone Shire Council (Council) invites suitably qualified and experienced consultancy firms to submit a Tender for the preparation of the Barmaryee Multi Sports Precinct Master Plan. The objective of this engagement is to develop a comprehensive, evidence-based and implementable Master Plan that will guide the future planning, development and staged expansion of the Barmaryee Multi Sports Precinct as a regionally significant sporting and recreation hub. The Master Plan will establish a long-term vision for the precinct, incorporating the planning and integration of sporting infrastructure, supporting facilities, transport networks, access, parking, open space, landscaping and associated infrastructure to meet current and future community needs.
