Description

The City of Greater Dandenong is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced design-and-construct contractor to deliver the Light Up Buckingham feature-lighting project at Buckingham Avenue, near Multicultural Place, Springvale. The preferred concept comprises four illuminated structural support pillars carrying a large suspended circular halo above the roadway. The contractor will be responsible for site investigations, multidisciplinary detailed design, engineering certification, permits and approvals, fabrication, supply, civil and electrical works, installation, testing, commissioning, training and handover. The works include programmable colour-changing LED lighting and an automated lighting-control system suitable for civic occasions, celebrations, festivals and normal night-time operation.
