Concluded contract No. 93-OP25-13/272/08.06.2026, with the subject: “Exercising construction supervision during construction and installation works for the object: Restoration of the monument of Alexander Georgiev-Kojakafaliyata, located in UPI III-211, quarter 19 according to the plan of residential complex “Bratya Miladinovi”, PI with identifier 07079.620.205 according to the KKRR of the city of Burgas”, under framework agreement No. 93-OP25-13/12/07.07.2025, with the subject: “Separate position 5: Exercising construction supervision of structures from the first to the fifth category for landscaping and greening of areas, slope stabilization, embankments, reclamation, etc.”. Performing consulting services for conformity assessment of investment projects and exercising construction supervision during construction and installation works, awarded by Burgas Municipality under Separate position 5: Exercising construction supervision of structures from the first to the fifth category for landscaping and greening of areas, slope stabilization, embankments, reclamation, etc.”. The scope of the contract includes the following services (considering the specifics of the object): - exercising construction supervision during construction for structures from the first to the fifth category, under Art. 168 and 169b of the Spatial Development Act, incl. geodesic survey of the construction under Art. 54 of the Cadastre and Property Register Act and a project for amendment and/or supplement of the Cadastral Map and cadastral registers in connection with the mapping of the constructions, - preparation of a technical passport for the construction under Art. 2, para. 1, items 1 and 3 within the scope specified in Art. 4 of ORDINANCE No. 5 of 28.12.2006 on the technical passports of constructions, issued by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, published in the State Gazette, issue 7 of 23.01.2007. For the specific construction, the construction supervision covers all parts (specialties) of the design documentation and the issued construction permit. Contract duration: “for the entire period of execution of the construction and installation works of the object until its commissioning according to the procedure of Art. 177 of the Spatial Development Act and Ordinance No. 2/2003 on the commissioning of constructions in the Republic of Bulgaria.”
