y sillas portátiles”
El Poder Judicial de Perú, Proyecto Mejoramiento de la Plataforma Tecnológica de los Procesos Judiciales No Penales a Nivel Nacional (EJE), con CUI N° 2386675, financiado con el Contrato de Préstamo 8975/PE, suscrito entre el Gobierno de la República de Perú y el Banco Interamericano de Reconstrucción y Fomento (BIRF), invita a las empresas interesadas a presentar sus ofertas a la SDC-005-2026-OCP-EJENO PENAL para la “Adquisición de kits de Campo para el desarrollo de Campañas de Justicia Itinerante en 34 cortes Superiores de Justicia del Perú - mesas rectangulares plegables portátiles y sillas portátiles”, de acuerdo a las especificaciones técnicas que se adjunta al presente.
Se adjunta información relevante al cumplimiento de las condiciones requeridas, asimismo, la cotización debe incluir todos los impuestos de Ley, así como cualquier otro concepto que le sea aplicable y que pueda tener incidencia sobre el costo del bien.

Requisitos para la presentación de oferta:
- Debe cumplir con los requisitos mínimos para la empresa establecidos en los Lineamiento de la SDC-005-2026-OCP-EJENOPENAL.
- Deberá incluir el costo total expresado en la moneda correspondiente, considerando impuestos o cualquier otro concepto aplicable que pueda impactar en el valor económico de la propuesta.
- Validez de la oferta: No menor a 30 días.
