A national researcher to assess Protection of Vulnerable Groups

Agency: UNDP | Reference: UNDP-VNM-02290 | Type: Call for individual consultants UNDP Viet Nam is seeking for A national researcher to conduct an assessment of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups under the Criminal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, and Law on Execution of Criminal Judgments in Cases involving Particularly Serious Crimes, as described in this documentation.Country:Viet NamDescription of the Assignment:The national researcher will develop the report structure, draft and finalize the Assessment Report through consultation, closely cooperate with UNDP, including by sharing drafts and other technical cooperation, and submit the final Assessment Report to UNDP on time.Key activities:·         Developing a report proposal based on the consultation with relevant government counterparts·         Developing the first draft of Assessment Reports and participating in technical meetings with UNDP and relevant partners·         Preparing, participating in, and providing a presentation in the Consultant Workshop·         Finalizing the Assessment Report, including integrating feedback from UNDP and government partnersPeriod of assignment/services:56 working days from August to 31 December 2026Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
