A. Outdoor Events

This tender establishes an open framework agreement for audio-visual (AV) technical services, as detailed in the request for participation. The scope of AV services encompasses the provision of presentation technology equipment, operation, and project management for events. Presentation technology includes the procurement of sound, lighting, visual elements (such as screens and projections), special effects (specifically smoke and fog), and directly related services required for events. The procurement was structured into five segments, with estimated values calculated over a four-year period: A. Outdoor Events, B. Light Artworks, C. General Lighting for Outdoor Events, D. Contemporary Dance Works and other technically demanding and specialized implementations, and E. Indoor Events.
