Opdrachtgever: Gemeente Leiden
De wijk Hart van Meerburg in Leiden staat aan de vooravond van een integrale vernieuwing van de openbare ruimte (hierna; Project). Het Project omvat de volledige wijkvernieuwing in deelgebied Hart van Meerburg.
De scope bestaat daarbij onder andere uit:
• Verwijdering van de bestaande gemengde riolering en aanleg van een gescheiden stelsel inclusief inspectieputten, kolken, huisaansluitingen en drainagevoorzieningen.
• Levering en plaatsing van een betonnen pompput met pompen, aanleg van een dubbele PE Ø200 persleiding en uitvoering van een horizontaal gestuurde boring onder het Rijn-Schiekanaal.
• Reservering van ondergrondse ruimte voor toekomstige aanleg van een warmtenet in het deel van de wijk waar nog geen warmtenet is aangelegd.
• Bovengrondse herinrichting: opbreken en vernieuwen van verhardingen, aanbrengen van funderingslagen, herinrichten van rijbanen, trottoirs en parkeervakken, aanpassen van straatmeubilair en uitvoeren van groenwerkzaamheden inclusief beplanting.
