Lot 1 — CIG: BB87FFE455 — Classroom course for RAI personnel to be sent on assignment abroad to countries or contexts with a high risk index - HEAT (40 hours) for 170 participants (estimated number);
Given the nature of the Framework Agreement, the allocated amount constitutes a non-binding maximum spending limit for RAI, up to which the services covered by the contract may be commissioned by issuing specific Implementation Contracts. In particular, the value of each Implementation Contract will be determined by applying the unit prices at the tender base for each type of training service reduced by the unique percentage discount offered according to the formula provided in the tender documents, in relation to the quantities actually needed (number of participants/classrooms). Implementation contracts may be stipulated until the natural expiry date. It is understood that the services covered by the implementation contracts may be completed even if their duration extends beyond the validity period of the Framework Agreement. Conversely, the Framework Agreement will be considered concluded before its natural expiry if the total amount is exhausted before the aforementioned duration expires. — CPV: Training services — EUR 340,000.00

E-learning course for Safety Managers - Refresher (6 hours) - purchase of 400 licenses (estimated number).

The Contracting Authority undertakes to promptly communicate the outcome of this verification to the participating economic operators, without them being able to claim any compensation or indemnity if the award and/or stipulation does not take place.
