Eligibility Requirements: 1. The intending tenderer's must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Up to date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. 2. The Tenderers must have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience of construction works. 3. The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Successful completion of a RCC building with Pile Foundation including civil, sanitary, electrification and other ancillary works having a value not less than 1400.00 lacs in a single contract within last five years in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. 4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1800.00 lacs in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 5. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the e- PW3-8 form without any alteration) Tk. 325.00 lacs. Other formats/documents are not acceptable. 6. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 1500.00 lacs supporting documentary evidence must be submitted. 7. In case of JVCA, the requirements of Leading Partner and other Partner(s) shall meet as described in ITT and in TDS.
