Eligibility Requirements: a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) years . b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management contractor in Construction works under public sector of at least 1 (one) Contract of Construction, supplying, instillation & commissioning A Sewage Treatment Plant(STP) of minimum capacity 300 Kilo Liter Per Day (KLD) successfully completed within the last 5 years with a value of at least. TK 4.20 Crore (Taka four crore and twenty lakh). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. Documents in support of specific experience must be submitted in prescribed standard format e-PW3-F as per ITT clause 31(1)(b). c) Sole agent/authorized representative Letter of STP module of Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) based technology of proposed brand must be Submitted which shall fully comply with the specification of the related STP items described in BOQ. d) The required average annual construction turnover(AACT) under public sector shall be greater Than Tk 10.0 crore (Tk ten crore) over the last five (5) financial years. Documents in support of AACT must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 31.1(c) e) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 2.00 crore (Tk Two crore).
