ACL AcuStar suorahankinta Oulun hematologian laboratorioon hankintaan uusi ACL AcuStar laite korvaushankintana.
ACL AcuStar -laitteella tehdään vaativia koagulaatio- ja hemostaasitutkimuksia, erityisesti tromboosiriskin arviointiin, lupusantikoagulantin ja antifosfolipidioireyhtymän diagnostiikkaan, hyytymistekijä- ja inhibiittorimäärityksiin sekä valikoituihin antikoagulanttihoidon seurantatutkimuksiin.
ADAMTS13 aktiivisuusmääritys on keskeinen tutkimus tromboottisen trombosytopeenisen purppuran (TTP) diagnostiikassa. TTP on henkeä uhkaava tila, jossa hoito tulee aloittaa välittömästi, minkä vuoksi ADAMTS13 tutkimuksen tulokset on saatava päivystyksellisesti. Hepariinitrombosytopenian (HIT) diagnostiikassa käytettävä tutkimus on olennainen tilanteissa, joissa epäillään hepariinin aiheuttamaa trombosytopeniaa.
Mediq Suomi Oy on ainoa ACL AcuStar maahantuoja Suomessa ja heidän kautta laitteelle on saatavissa myös siinä käytettävät reagenssit sekä huoltosopimus laitteelle.,
