- The Government of the Republic of Chad has received a grant from the International Development Association (IDA) to finance the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Development and Access to Finance Project and intends to use part of this grant to make payments under the Contract for the Supply of vehicles for the said Project.

- Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) as defined in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" dated July 2016, Seventh Edition dated September 2025 ("Regulations"), setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest, and is open to all eligible bidders from eligible countries as defined in the Regulations.
