Bevolkingszorg is de taak van de gemeente om bij crisis en incidenten te zorgen voor onze inwoners, zoals opvang regelen en tijdig en juist informeren van onze bewoners. De adviseur bevolkingszorg zorgt dat onze bevolkingszorg op alle facetten sterk blijft functioneren en zorgt voor een goede advisering in de koude en warme fase. Hij/zij neemt een centrale rol in de regio. Het is duidelijk dat dit een afwisselende job is. Je ondersteunt onze lokale crisisorganisatie en zorgt ervoor dat deze operationeel inzetbaar is. Binnen de afdeling Openbare Orde en Veiligheid (OOV) is een piketregeling voor rampen en crises. Jij co?rdineert deze regeling en zorgt ervoor dat je collega?s die de rol van Officier van Dienst Bevolkingszorg (OvD-Bz) vervullen, goed toegerust zijn en hun taken succesvol kunnen uitvoeren. Je waarborgt de inbreng van de gemeente ?s-Hertogenbosch in de regionale crisisorganisatie op het gebied van invulling van vacatures, stemt met de Veiligheidsregio af en regelt zaken rondom OTO en de benodigde materialen. Je adviseert de burgemeester en de directie over de koude en warme fase rondom crises en incidenten. Je neemt deel aan de multidisciplinaire oefeningen voor rampen en crisissen bij de Veiligheidsregio Brabant-Noord . Je krijgt binnen jouw portefeuille te maken met dynamische veiligheidsvraagstukken, vari?rend van maatschappelijke weerbaarheid en veerkracht, jaarwisseling, ruiming van explosieven, bijtende honden tot natuurbrandbeheersing en de aanpak van nieuwe risico? s en dreigingen. Je kent het speelveld, maakt snel een inschatting van de juiste aanpak en houdt daarbij rekening met bestuurlijke gevoeligheden.Je hebt ongeveer eens in de zes weken piket als Officier van Dienst Bevolkingszorg
