Opdrachtgever: Schiphol Nederland B.V.
Schiphol Nederland B.V. (SNBV) verkent middels deze marktconsultatie de mogelijkheden voor het realiseren van een toekomstbestendig Employee Learning Platform dat aansluit bij de aard, schaal en complexiteit van haar organisatie. SNBV opereert in een sterk gereguleerde en operationele omgeving waar veiligheid, continuïteit en inzetbaarheid van medewerkers centraal staan. Binnen deze context speelt het aantoonbaar voldoen aan opleidings- en certificeringseisen een cruciale rol. Het beoogde platform dient daarom ondersteuning te bieden aan een brede en diverse gebruikersgroep, waaronder circa 4.000 interne medewerkers, 800 ingehuurde medewerkers en circa 75.000 externe externe medewerkers werkzaam op Schipholgebied.
Met deze marktconsultatie beoogt SNBV inzicht te verkrijgen in de beschikbare oplossingen, innovaties en best practices in de markt met betrekking tot leermanagement, compliance, learning services en het stimuleren van persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Hierbij staat centraal in hoeverre marktpartijen in staat zijn om schaalbare, robuuste en gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen te bieden die verschillende typen gebruikers ondersteunen en integraal inzicht geven in leeractiviteiten en compliance status. SNBV staat open voor zowel integrale oplossingen als modulaire invullingen en nodigt marktpartijen uit om actief mee te denken over de optimale inrichting van het toekomstige Employee Learning Platform
