Opdrachtgever: Gemeente Amsterdam, Ingenieursbureau
De opdracht bestaat uit het produceren, leveren en plaatsen van 4 prefab woonwagens op standplaats adressen gelegen op het grondgebied van de gemeente Amsterdam die nader bepaald worden door Opdrachtgever met daarbij de optie om 2 extra prefab woonwagens af te nemen. Waarbij het totaal aantal prefab woonwagens dat geleverd kan gaan worden via deze Aanbesteding uitkomt op maximaal zes (6). Ter indicatie voor de locaties is een voorbeeld bijgevoegd zie Bijlage 10. De te leveren woonwagens moeten voldoen aan het meest recente Bouwbesluit en aan de Bijna Energie Neutrale Gebouwen (BENG) Norm zoals staat vermeld in het besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving, geldend van 01-07-2025 tot en met heden. Het onderhoud op de woonwagens maakt geen onderdeel uit van deze Opdracht.
