Deze opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst waarbij de voorwaarden van de dienstverlening worden overeengekomen, die zullen worden in acht genomen bij het uitvoeren van de latere opdrachten. De raamovereenkomst schept een contractueel kader met betrekking tot het vastleggen van de voorwaarden van concrete opdrachten, betreffende de behandeling van fysiek aangeleverde uitgaande (rest)post. Het betreft het ophalen en routeren, sorteren, eventueel frankeren van fysiek aangeleverde post alsook deze te laten leveren door een dienstverlener met een vergunning voor brievenpostdiensten. Dit zowel voor Farys, voor De Watergroep als voor afnemers van de aankoopcentrale CREAT.
