Allergen-free products

Allergen-free products as specified in the public procurement documents. The quantities specified above and in the public procurement documents are estimated and for information purposes only; the Contracting Authority reserves the right to deviate from the specified quantities by a maximum of 20% during the contract period. The tenderer may only submit an offer for products that fully comply with the Contracting Authority's specifications, are of Class I, and meet the requirements of the Hungarian Food Codex. The products must have a taste, smell, texture, and color appropriate to their varietal characteristics and must not contain pesticide or other residues related to their production exceeding the limit values. In relation to the products, the tenderer must also take into account the information described in the public procurement documents. The Contracting Authority draws attention to the fact that, pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.), references to a product of a specific make or origin, or a specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular economic operator, or to a trademark, patent, activity, person, type, or specific origin or manufacturing process in the public procurement document serve to define the subject of the procurement clearly, precisely, and comprehensibly. In all cases, the phrase "or equivalent" must be understood alongside the reference. The tenderer must prove equivalence in the offer in accordance with Chapter VII of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.). The successful tenderer is obliged to deliver the ordered products in compliance with the contract within 48 hours to the delivery addresses specified by the Contracting Authority between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
