Die Umsetzung des Masterplans schafft einen öffentlichen Ort für gemeinschaftliche, generationenübergreifende Nutzung und Naturerlebnis im dicht besiedelten Quartier. Ziel ist eine Aufwertung der bereits heute öffentlichen Grünflächen der Kirchgemeinde und eine Steigerung der Artenvielfalt von Pflanzen und Tieren. In der neu gestalteten Grünanlage wird das heutige Wegnetz ergänzt und ermöglicht so Rundwege mit mehreren Aufenthaltsorten.
