Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays included. In addition to daily cleaning, a deep clean is to be carried out once per quarter (four times a year) within the first 15 working days of a quarter. On approx. 15 days per year, additional maintenance cleanings are to be carried out upon special request of the client. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays included. The contractor must submit cleaning or route plans with the offer. These will show when each toilet building will be cleaned. The cleaning duration for the full cleaning of a toilet building is approx. 45 minutes with one cleaning operative. If multiple operatives are used, the time will be reduced accordingly. The personnel deployed for cleaning the toilet buildings will receive instruction on the operation of all on-site systems before work begins. The toilet buildings in Lot 1: A21 Barkauer Land, A21 Depenauer Moor West, A20 Kronberg Süd and A20 Kronberg Nord and in Lot 2: A24 Tramm and A24 Roseburg are of a newer design and have special, self-cleaning stainless steel toilets. The time required for instruction (approx. 30 min/PWC facility) is not compensated separately and must be included in the calculation. A sign with the logo and name of the responsible cleaning company must be affixed to each toilet building to announce the cleaning company. The signs will be produced and delivered by the contractor. They must be handed over to the motorway maintenance depot before the start of the service and will be affixed to the toilet building by them. Costs for labor (time) and mileage (distance) must be included in the pricing, including the costs for collecting salt tablets for water softening, grit, etc. from the respective responsible motorway maintenance depot.
