1. CONTEXT
. As part of the implementation of the 2022-2026 Roadmap for the reform of the education system, the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports (MENPS) has undertaken a project aimed at strengthening and modernizing the student achievement assessment system, based on the creation of an item bank, psychometric analysis of items, and the development of the capacities of test designers.
The technical assistance involves the psychometric analysis of a corpus of approximately 3,500 items covering Arabic, French, and mathematics disciplines for all levels of primary education, compiled from data from assessment campaigns conducted over the last three school years.
