ANSTO Security (Guarding) Services Registration of Interest (ROI)

The Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO) invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit a Registration of Interest (ROI) for the provision of Security (Guarding) Services across its operations in New South Wales and Victoria.ANSTO is seeking a supplier capable of delivering security guarding, security operations, monitoring and response services across its campuses, tenants and designated buffer zones. The successful supplier will be expected to demonstrate strong operational capability, workforce flexibility, integrated management systems and a commitment to continuous improvement, while supporting ANSTO's core values of safety, security and sustainability.Given the nature of ANSTO's operations and the sensitivity of information relevant to this procurement, access to detailed Request for Tender (RFT) documentation will be restricted.The purpose of this ROI is to:• Identify suppliers with the capability, capacity and relevant experience to perform the Services;• Confirm suppliers satisfy the minimum participation requirements;• Establish suppliers willing to comply with ANSTO's confidentiality and probity requirements; and• Determine which suppliers will be invited to participate in the subsequent RFT process.As part of the ROI process, suppliers will be required to:• Complete and submit the ROI Response Schedules;• Execute ANSTO's Confidentiality Deed;• Provide evidence of relevant experience and capability; and• Demonstrate compliance with the minimum participation requirements specified in the ATM documentation.Following evaluation of ROI submissions, ANSTO intends to shortlist suppliers that satisfy the ROI requirements and invite those suppliers to participate in Stage Two, being the Request for Tender.An online industry briefing will be offered to interested suppliers to provide an overview of the opportunity, procurement process and ROI requirements. Attendance at the industry briefing is voluntary and is not a prerequisite for participation in the ROI process. Conditions for Participation: • Be a legal entity capable of entering into the Contract.• The Tenderer must have successfully delivered a contract within the previous five (5) years involving the provision of 24 hours per day, 7 days per week security services at a multi-site, high-risk, critical infrastructure, government, research, defence, aviation or similarly complex operating environment with a minimum total contract value of $5 million.• Be capable of complying with the insurance requirements of the proposed Contract before contract award.• The Tenderer must hold all licences, permits, registrations and approvals required under applicable Commonwealth, State and Territory legislation to perform the Services and must maintain those licences, permits, registrations and approvals for the duration of the Contract.• Tenderers must be a current member of the Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) and have the ability to sponsor personnel for a Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance at the time of Tender submission.• The Supplier must execute the confidentiality agreement (Offer Schedule 3)
