Call for External Collaborator: Two position papers on carbon markets, the EU ETS and access to medium voltage, ILO and CGEM Morocco

You will find below a summary of the tasks to be accomplished: Within the framework of the project "Social Partners as Agents for Just Transition", funded by the BMZ and implemented by the International Labour Organization (ILO), the ILO is recruiting an external collaborator to develop two position papers for the Moroccan private sector with the CGEM. The first will analyze carbon markets and the potential establishment of a Moroccan ETS; the second, companies' access to medium voltage. The mission involves economic analysis, comparison of scenarios based on available data, and consultations with federations, CGEM Regions, companies, and institutions. Each of the two documents, maximum 15 pages and written in French, will include an executive summary and prioritized recommendations for public authorities, as well as action points for the CGEM and its members.
