Public tender for a secure external whistleblower platform solution

The State of Geneva seeks a provider capable of delivering a robust and secure external platform that meets all specified requirements outlined in the terms of reference and the tender dossier. The Central Joint Procurement Body is responsible for managing this public tender procedure.
