Op Texel vind je natuur die nergens anders ter wereld voorkomt. Niet voor niets is het waddengebied als Unesco werelderfgoed aangewezen. Van deze natuur maken toeristen veel gebruik. Texel heeft namelijk vele fiets- en wandelpaden van hoog niveau. Daarnaast heeft Texel een groot wegennetwerk dat goed moet worden onderhouden. Als applicatiebeheerder Key2Finance en financieel medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de applicatie Key2Finance en verwerk je lastige vraagstukken op het gebied van de gemeentelijke boekhouding. Daarnaast werk je aan de integratie van het Leer-werkbedrijf de Bolder in de gemeentelijke boekhouding. Je zorgt ervoor dat de financi?le applicatie blijft werken, brengt het team op de hoogte van updates van het systeem, voert wijzigingen door in de applicatie en bij vragen over het systeem ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt. Je denkt mee over oplossingsrichtingen binnen de gemeentelijke boekhouding, verwerkt de parkeeropbrengsten in de boekhouding en bent de expert op het gebied van de WKR. Jouw team Het team Bedrijfsvoering is jouw thuisbasis. Dit team bestaat uit de onderdelen Planning en Control, financi?le administratie, inkoop en aanbesteding, belastingen en de uitvoering van de subsidies. Vanuit het onderdeel financi?le administratie werk je samen met de collega?s aan de bedrijfsvoering van de gemeente. Wat ga je doen? De invulling van deze rol bevindt zich binnen het team bedrijfsvoering. Daarbinnen heb je verschillende kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden, een greep hieruit: Jij bent de applicatiebeheerder van Key2Finance; Jij helpt de financi?le integratie van Leer-werkbedrijf De Bolder mede vorm te geven binnen Key2Finance; Je zorgt ervoor dat diverse boekingen worden uitgevoerd zoals de parkeeropbrengsten; Je helpt mee bij het opstellen van de WKR, IB 47; Je bent op de achtergrond het aanspreekpunt voor alle lastige casussen op het gebied van de gemeentelijke boekhouding;
