Providing covered van, truck, bus, microbus/jeep/car for secured transportation of government treasury and accompanying police escort to any location within Bangladesh along with required labor for currency-related work. i. The Tenderer must submit the tender and scanned copies of required documents through the Bangladesh Bank e-Tendering website. A valid email address is required for registration and participation.
ii. Documentary evidence (attested or original as required) must be provided upon request. Failure to do so may render the tender non-responsive.
iii. The Tenderer must submit “PSN-1” and “PSN-2” in the format provided in the Tender Document and uploads them in PDF format.
iv. Submission of any false or misleading documents may result in rejection and may invoke action under Rule 149 of PPR 2025.
v. The firm must ensure all necessary security and safety measures during execution of the work.
vi. Bangladesh Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason. No claim in this regard will be entertained. Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Own Funds Own Funds. Eligibility Requirements: a) The Tenderer must have a minimum of 03 (three) years of experience in the contracting industry as a Prime Contractor/Subcontractor/Management Contractor.
b) The Tenderer must have at least 02 (two) years of specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing transport services (such as bus, truck, covered van and microbus/jeep/car) to any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization/Bank in Bangladesh.
c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer must be at least BDT 30 (thirty) lakh over the last 03 (three) years.
d) The Tenderer must have a minimum of Tk. 20 (twenty) lakh as liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s).
e) The Tenderer must submit valid VAT and Income Tax clearance certificates related to similar works as described in clause 6(b), following the format provided in Appendix-C of the Tender Document.
