Description

SEBI-Livestock is seeking to procure a Supplier with an experienced evaluation team to conduct an impact evaluation of Gates Foundation aquaculture investments in Kenya, Nigeria and Tanzania. The evaluation will generate robust and actionable evidence on the impacts of these investments and will provide learning to inform investment decisions and inform scale up. Following completion of the Preliminary Market Consultation, the University anticipates undertaking a competitive tender process in late 2026 to appoint a supplier to conduct an impact evaluation of Gates Foundation aquaculture investments in Kenya, Nigeria and Tanzania.
