PROJECTO DE REFORÇO DO SISTEMA DE PROTECÇÃO SOCIAL PARA O CAPITAL HUMANO E A RESILIÊNCIA
SOLICITAÇÃO DE COTAÇÕES (REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS - RFQ)
Aquisição de Software Antivírus - Ref.ª MATINF-BEM 08-2025
O Governo da República de Angola, por intermédio do Ministério da Acção Social, Família e Promoção da Mulher (MASFAMU), recebeu financiamento do Banco Internacional de Reconstrução e Desenvolvimento (BIRD), através do Empréstimo IBRD-97180, para apoiar a implementação do Projecto de Reforço do Sistema de Protecção Social para o Capital Humano e a Resiliência (P181495), e pretende aplicar parte dos recursos desse financiamento à actividade «Aquisição de Software Antivírus».
A Unidade de Implementação do Projecto (UIP) convida empresas elegíveis a apresentarem cotações para «Aquisição de Software Antivírus», observando as quantidades e especificações técnicas da Solicitação de Cotações (RFQ) correspondente.
Objecto e especificações essenciais: fornecimento, activação e suporte de 368 licenças de antivírus corporativo, com consola web centralizada. Requer protecção contra malware, ransomware e phishing; firewall/HIPS; detecção de ameaças zero-day com IA; sandbox; protecção de e-mail e navegação web; controlo de USB e outros dispositivos externos; monitorização e relatórios. Inclui actualizações automáticas, suporte remoto/presencial e formação básica da equipa de TI.
O processo será conduzido através do método Solicitação de Cotações (Request for Quotations - RFQ), categoria «Bens», com abordagem Aberta ao Mercado Nacional, em regime de pós-qualificação e etapa única - um envelope, em conformidade com o Regulamento de Aquisições aplicável aos Mutuários de Financiamento de Projectos de Investimento do Banco Mundial e com o Plano de Aquisições aprovado no STEP.
Os documentos da RFQ podem ser consultados gratuitamente, das 08h30 às 15h00 (hora de Angola), mediante solicitação para geral@csu.gov.ao.
As cotações devem ser entregues até às 15h30 de 29 de Outubro de 2026, no endereço abaixo e conforme as instruções da RFQ. As cotações recebidas após o prazo serão tratadas nos termos do documento aplicável.
