Ziel der Leistung ist die Umsetzung der im Monitoring-Konzept für die Arten der Anhänge der FFH-Richtlinie beschriebenen Erfassungsarbeiten und folgend der Bewertung der Erhaltungszustände der Populationen dieser Arten, hier für den Heldbock (Cerambyx cerdo) und den Eremit (Osmoderma eremita) auf ausgewählten Monitoringflächen des Landes- und Bundesmonitorings im Land Sachsen-Anhalt. Damit werden die naturschutzfachlichen Grundlagen für die Erstellung des nationalen Berichtes des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt an die Bundesrepublik Deutschland und folgend dieser in Erfüllung der Berichtspflichten der FFH-Richtlinie an die Europäische Union gelegt. Im Rahmen des FFH-Monitorings sind insgesamt 21 Monitoringflächen (im Folgenden auch STPE = Stichprobeneinheiten) zu bearbeiten, welche sich wie folgt auf zwei Käferarten aufteilen.
