Perkančioji organizacija savo sąskaita ir transportu, pagal suderintą grafiką Tiekėjo nurodytu adresu teiks netinkamas perdirbti ir energetinę vertę turinčias degias nepavojingas atliekas, kitas komunalines atliekas šilumos ir energijos gamybai. Preliminarus numatomas įsigyti paslaugų kiekis per 12 mėnesių yra 85000 t. Perkančioji organizacija neįsipareigoja pateikti viso nurodyto Atliekų kiekio.
