Győr Projekt Kft., as the Client, is announcing a public procurement procedure for the comprehensive cleaning of the Audi Aréna Győr multifunctional hall (the hall consists of 3 interconnected building parts and a separate building: Audi Aréna Győr, Magvassy Mihály Sports Hall, Changing Room Building) and for the procurement and supply of hygiene consumables, the detailed scope of work and technical specifications of which are included in the technical documentation. The Audi Aréna Győr multifunctional hall has a capacity of 5,500 people, and the old hall can accommodate 1,000 people, including standing room. A list of rooms to be cleaned and the frequency of cleaning are included in Annex 1 of the Technical Specification. Service standards: • Regular cleaning (The Contractor is obliged to ensure the presence of at least 2 on-duty cleaners from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and 1 on-duty cleaner from Saturday to Sunday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM): o Daily cleaning tasks in rooms requiring daily frequency (continuous 7x) o Weekly cleaning tasks in rooms requiring daily frequency (1x per week) o Tasks to be performed with weekly frequency in rooms requiring weekly frequency o Tasks to be performed with monthly frequency in rooms requiring monthly frequency o Specific tasks related to the facility o Deep cleaning • Occasional cleaning tasks: o Cleaning of sports surfaces using special technology (wax removal, post-scraping after wax removal) o Tasks to be performed during events in addition to regular cleaning tasks The Contractor is responsible for the procurement and placement of hygiene consumables, both in rooms for daily use (offices, changing rooms) and for events (spectator restrooms). The Arena has a capacity of 5,500 people, and the Magvassy Mihály Sports Hall has a capacity of 1,000 people. Total area to be cleaned: 17,026 m2, of which: • Sports field (Magvassy) 1,373 m2 sports floor, parquet • Playing field (Arena 3 courts + center) 4,577 m2 sports floor, gerfloor The area of glass surfaces to be cleaned is 835 m2, of which the area cleanable by alpinism techniques/rolling scaffolding is 30m2. The area of the screen fabric is approximately 2,300 m2, the highest point is <13 m. The framework amount for occasional cleaning tasks – including wax removal – is a net of HUF 8,000,000 / 2 years. The Client stipulates that it will not undertake an obligation to draw down beyond the offered monthly cleaning fee for 24 months, given the objective independence of other circumstances. Tender invalidity: Tenders containing a price exceeding the following amount will be declared invalid during the evaluation. The Client defines the amount below, which tenders with prices exceeding it will be declared invalid during the evaluation pursuant to Section 73 (1) (j) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.): • Evaluation criterion 1: Lump sum monthly cleaning fee: HUF 5,500,000 net/month • Evaluation criterion 2: Fee for occasional cleaning tasks (net HUF/person/hour): HUF 2,800 net/person/hour • Evaluation criterion 3: Wax removal: HUF 56,000 net/occasion • Evaluation criterion 4: Post-scraping after wax removal: HUF 19,000 net/occasion
