Original language: isFramkvæmdasýslan – Ríkiseignir (FSRE) f.h. ríkissjóðs, óskar eftir upplýsingum um mögulegt húsnæði sem gæti hentað sem brottfararstöð. Kostur er að húsnæðið gæti verið tilbúið til afhendingar eigi síðar en 30.09.2027 eða fyrr. Leitað er að bæði tímabundnu húsnæði og langtímahúsnæði. Tímabundna húsnæðið þarf að vera tilbúið fyrir 1. desember þegar lögin taka gildi. Kostur er ef langtímahúsnæðið verður tilbúið til afhendingar fyrir 30. september á næsta ári. Ekki er útilokað að tímabundna húsnæðið nýtist síðar sem framtíðarhúsnæði. Með tímabundnu húsnæði fæst ákveðin reynsla af því hvers konar húsnæði nýtist best og hversu mikil þörfin verður. Gerð er krafa um að staðsetningin sé á Suðurnesjum og ekki í nálægð við íbúðarbyggð. Húsnæðið þarf að geta hýst allt að 30 einstaklinga, ásamt aðstöðu fyrir starfsfólk og góðu afgirtu útisvæði eða með möguleika á að útbúa slíkt svæði. Húsrýmisþörf er áætluð um 750-1.200 m 2 en allar tillögur verða skoðaðar. Gert er ráð fyrir 15-30 svefnherbergjum með snyrtingum ásamt sturtu eða aðgengi að sameiginlegum snyrtingum með sturtu, þvottahúsi, matsal/félagsrými ásamt viðtalsrýmum, skrifstofum og fleiri rýmum, sjá fylgiskjal rýmislýsing. Við mat á hagkvæmni tillaga verða m.a. tekið tillit til leiguverðs, stærð húss og skipulagi þess út frá fyrirhugaðri starfsemi, öryggis, afhendingartíma, staðsetningu og aðkomu. Í auglýsingu þessari er óskað eftir upplýsingum frá markaðnum um framboð á húsnæði. Að könnun lokinni verður tekin ákvörðun hvort samið verði við tiltekinn aðila á grundvelli þessarar auglýsingar eða hafið verði annað leiguferli.
