Original language: GermanDer Ausbau des Bahnhofs Landquart Phase B ist ein Gemeinschaftsprojekt der RhB und SBB. Es beinhaltet die Modernisierung des gesamten Personenbahnhofs, insbesondere auch für Reisende mit eingeschränkter Mobilität. Herzstück des Projekts bildet der gemeinsame Mittelperron für den komfortablen und zeitsparenden Umstieg zwischen den Zügen der RhB und SBB. Durch den gemeinsamen Perron kann bei beiden Bahnen je ein zusätzliches Gleis mit Perron realisiert werden. Dies bildet den Grundstein für den angestrebten Halbstundentakt. Das Projekt ist in zeitlich vorgelagerten Vorarbeiten und Hauptarbeiten unterteilt. Die Hauptarbeiten mit den Losen «Bahnhof», «Trassee», «Kunstbauten I», werden im Laufe des Jahrs 2026 publiziert. Die Publikation der restlichen Lose «Perrondächer» und «Kunstbauten II» ist für das Jahr 2027 bzw. 2029 geplant. In dieser Ausschreibung wird das Los «UN Trassee» beschrieben». UN Trassee Ingenieurbau (Betonbau / Stahlbau) Tiefbau / Spezialtiefbau Fahrbahn Folgende Leistungen sind Gegenstand des Los «UN Trassee»: - Übernahme Installationsflächen aus Vorarbeiten inkl. Unterhaltsarbeiten - Erstellung Gleisunterbau (knapp 40‘000m2 Unterbausanierung bzw. Schotterersatz) ausserhalb des Bahnhofsbereichs inkl. Gleisentwässerung - Erstellung des Anprallschutz UEF Zizers Leitkante Süd mittels Perronwinkel und Hinterfüllung bzw. Ortbetonriegel bei Durchlass Schlundrüfi mittels Mikropfahlfundationen - Erstellung Schutzzaun Podest Galliker mittels Blockfundamenten und Stahlbau - Bau von Fahrleitungs- und Signalfundamenten - Bau von Kabelquerungen (vorfabriziert und Ortbeton), Kabelschächten und Kabelkanalisation (Rohrblöcke und Kanäle) - Betreiben der erforderlichen Bahnlogistik für die Bauleistungen - (Teil-)Rückbau bestehender Infrastrukturen (Belagsflächen, Kandelaberfundamente, weitere) - Werkleitungsbau (Frisch- und Schmutzwasser, Elektrokabelrohrblöcke etc.) - Diverse Nebenarbeiten Detaillierter Aufgabenbeschrieb und Hauptmengen siehe Ausschreibungsunterlagen.
