Original language: GermanDas Schulobjekt liegt in 48231 Warendorf-Hoetmar, Dechant-Wessing-Straße 28. Bei der ausgeschriebenen Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um eine Vorabmaßnahme in den Sommerferien 2026 vor dem Umbau/ Erweiterung der Schule ab Herbst 2026. Folgende Arbeiten und Aufgaben sowie folgender Leistungsumfang ist zu erbringen: - Neuinstallation einer Heizungsanlage bestehend aus einer Wärmepumpenkaskade und einem Pelletkessel zur Spitzenlastabführung. - Neuinstallation der kompletten Anlagentechnik im Bereich der Heizungszentrale inkl. Verteileraufbau und Anbindung der vorhandenen Heizkreise. - Neuinstallation des Verteileraufbaus und der zentralen Versorgung in der Technikzentrale, bestehend aus Pumpen, Regelventilen und Rohleitungsaufbauten. - Neuinstallation von Ausdehnungsgefäßen, Pufferspeichern und sonstigen Anlagentechniken - Neuinstallation einer Schornsteinanlage für den oben benannten Pelletkessel - Rückbau der vorhandenen Kesselanlage (Standkessel und Wandtherme) - Herstellen von Rohranschlüssen an das vorhandenen Rohrsystem zum temporären Betreib während des Umbaues. - Liefern und in bauseitiges Loch einbauen eines Pellettanks zur Versorgung des Pelletkessels - Anschließen des Pellettanks inkl. Maulwurfsystem und allen sonstigen zum Betreib notwendigen Einbauten. - Inbetriebnahme der Heizungsanlage inkl. Einregelung und Einweisung des Bedienpersonals in die Anlagentechnik. - Lieferung und Montage von Nahwärmeleitungen zur Anbindung der Wärmepumpen an die Anlagentechnik.
