IVO Rechtspraak (Aanbestedende dienst) schrijft een Europese openbare aanbesteding uit voor de levering van audiovisuele (AV-)hardware en toebehoren ten behoeve van hybride vergaderzalen binnen de Rechtspraak. Het beheer en onderhoud doet IVO Rechtspraak zelf. De opdracht heeft tot doel het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met maximaal drie (3) en minimaal twee (2) opdrachtnemers voor een periode van twee (2) jaar, met een optie tot verlenging van tweemaal één (1) jaar (maximaal vier jaar).
