De scope van de opdracht ziet op het leveren, implementeren, beheren, onderhouden en doorontwikkelen van een AI-chatbotoplossing ter vervanging van de huidige chatbot. De AI-chatbotoplossing dient studenten op een toegankelijke, betrouwbare en efficiënte wijze te ondersteunen en Sessies adequaat af te handelen. Onder de opdracht valt niet alleen de beschikbaarstelling van de oplossing zelf, maar ook de bijbehorende dienstverlening die nodig is om de AI-chatbot gedurende de looptijd goed, veilig en toekomstbestendig te laten functioneren. Deze opdracht is niet onderverdeeld in percelen. Inschrijven op een gedeelte van de opdracht is niet toegestaan en leidt tot uitsluiting van verdere deelname aan de aanbestedingsprocedure.
